No. Pricing is per plan, with generous record allowances. Free includes 50K canonical records, Pro 1M, Agency 1M per client workspace, Enterprise custom.
What if I exceed Pro's source count?
We tell you. No surprise upgrades, no overage billing surprises. You'll see a notice in‑app and an email; switch tiers at any time and we'll prorate.
Discount for non‑profits or education?
Yes — 50% off Pro for verified non‑profits and education. Email hello@follow.app with documentation; we'll set it up the same day.
Can I switch tiers monthly?
Yes. Move up or down at the start of any billing cycle. We prorate to the day. Annual contracts can be re‑papered at renewal.
Cancellation?
Any time. 30‑day export window in JSON or Parquet, then permanent deletion. A deletion certificate is available on request.
